🌱 RMKEC Joins the IGEN Green Family
R.M.K. Engineering College (RMKEC), Chennai, has officially joined the IGEN Green Family as an IGEN Green Sustainability Academic Partner on 02 September 2026 under the leadership of Dr. K. A. Mohamed Junaid, Principal, R.M.K. Engineering College.
The inauguration marked a significant step towards strengthening Green Engineering Education, UN SDG integration, sustainability research, innovation and student engagement at the institution.

The programme featured the inauguration of IGEN at RMKEC, #SDG4RMKEC, the UN SDG Integration Declaration, and the launch of the “My SDG My Responsibility” Project and SDG Warriors Pledge, engaging faculty across all 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
